Dean's canon includes the following:
°alcoholism; because of everything he's been forced to endure, Dean has frequently turned to the bottle for solace.
°child abuse/neglect; while some find this debatable, I feel it should be listed here. John raised both of his sons to be hunters, training them from a young age after the death of their mother. As a result, Dean was often berated and made to feel he had to sacrifice himself for his family. John would also leave them alone for days, even as children, leaving a very young Dean to look after his younger brother.
°torture; Many instances, with the most notable being during his 40+ years in hell, where he's tortured in every way imaginable. He likely won't speak about specific events that happen outside of very specific, and probably supernatural, circumstances.
°sexual harrassment; he won't mention it because they don't seem to acknowledge the acts as being sexual harassment. However, it may, on rare occasions, slip out that he was forcibly kissed or touched inappropriately.
